Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. If a brand new, out of the gate supposedly "fringe" theory wants to be taken seriously, it must make all the predictions of the current standard model (or at least be extremely close to real world observations) and also provide new, testable, predictions that can prove or disprove it. I'm sorry, but there is a big difference between MOND (which, though flawed, is attempting to very seriously come up with alternatives to dark matter/energy) and something like Creationism. One is clearly in the realm of testable predictions, even if it may prove false, and the other is not even science, but a lame attempt by unscientific people to force their worldviews on the population at large.

“I had driver issues with Radeon drivers (BSoD'd when I installed, fixed the problem when downgrading to the previous version), but to be fair, I've had similar problems with nVidia's drivers in the past as well. I'm just glad that the driver downgrade was only to a driver that was 1-3 months old. Compared to nVidia, their drivers are a little behind. Compared to almost every other PC component maker: I found them to be 2nd only to nVidia.Going from a 7900GS, the Catalyst Control Panel was far better than the new nVidia control panel (even though I preferred the nVidia pre-100 control panel even more). The Catalyst even had an option to force TV detection, even though nowadays a lot of us use HDTVs. Also, a nice feature of Radeons since around the 3000 series: audio over DVI/HDMI

@j32407I went over this in reply to DN. He is only 10.4% of the way through his expected presidency. (He admitted on his campaign trail that the promises he was making were for him to serve 2 terms.)Obama has completely reached 10% of his promises. He has things in the works for another 137 promises. We can easily assume that the 137 will cover the remaining 0.4%!
