This kind of thing happens more often than you would think. You would be surprised how many "security consultants" used to be just like these guys. They obviously have a very useful skill-set and if they are able to hack these computer systems and reverse engineer the credit card encoding they would make a damn fine addition to the company's security team.
I agree. That being said, the government shouldn't be in the religion business at all, which means the government should have no business marrying people (even straight couples). The state should only do "civil unions" (or whatever term you want to use here) - for heterosexual and homosexual couples.Leave it upto the churches to decide if you are "married in the eyes of God". The state doesn't have to care or rule on the validity of what churches think, anymore than it chooses which god is right, etc.In sum: If you want to be "fully married" in the eyes of the church and state, it should be 2 separate things. 1) Go get your civil union paperwork. 2) Go get it "god-stamped" by your church in whatever ceremony you think is best.
