I've had several WinMo phones. They went too long without a really good usability overhaul, and was too unstable. They had a 10 year head start on Apple and stopped innovating at about year 3. Microsoft deserves their crushing defeat just because they milked the cow rather than innovating.

I'm sure it will. I resisted Firefox for a long time (my argument was "I already have a web browser, why do I need another one??") but when I finally tried it out I was literally amazed at how much more responsive it was then the I.E. garbage I was used to. Then I got into the add-ons and there was no way in hell I could use anything else.Until Adblock Plus, Noscript, and Grease Monkey are available on Chrome, there's no way I could ever even consider switching.?
Great, except the disk is spinning away at the bottom of the console there, uncovered. So everything you set it down to go grab a drink you destroy the disk and burn out the motor.

Fleagleman, must work for AT&T since he is trying to convince all of you of the futility of trying to change the mind of AT&T through customer feedback. Calling a call center will get you nowhere but sending feedback in writing will do something if enough people make the effort and provide it in a constructive manner.
